1. Do you offer free deliveries? 

Yes, we offer free delivery islandwide for all orders.

2. ⁠What if I’m not at home when my delivery arrives?
If you’re unsure if you’ll be home when your delivery arrives, you may place a cooler bag outside your door and our delivery personnel will place it inside.

3. ⁠What is the shelf life of the marinated products?
Our products have a shelf life of 3 to 6 months in the freezer.

4. ⁠Are your marinated meats halal?
Our meat is manufactured by a 100% Muslim-owned and Halal-certified meat manufacturer. 

5. ⁠Can I customize the assortment of flavors?
We allow customization of flavours for specific meat items in the subscription package. This is to ensure better stock control and timely delivery.
